Fixing the stuff around yourself

While doing this activity, I was sitting in a bedroom. The bed on which I was sitting needed to be fixed as the pillows and blanket were spread all over the bed and also the bedsheet was not fixed.

The blanket was not folded and pillows were not aligned. It needed to be fixed as room was cluttered and not looking neat.

I folded the blanket and placed the pillows together on the other side in a line.

After completing the task, I felt really satisfied and good as room was not cluttered anymore and was looking neat and clean.

Yes I would have done this task even if I was not asked to do so but I would have done this at some other time because at that time I was completing my assignment. I had planned to do it after completing my assignment.

This particular activity is a great example of a small act of positivity which is the single unit of leadership. It prevented my family members to do all the cleaning and I actually helped them by reducing their task. I think this is a great example of “Leadership without authority” as I did not need any particular authority to do that small act of positivity.
