Being a business management student, I think reading and following CEOs of leading companies comes naturally. Be it religiously following Jeff Bezo’s letter to his shareholders (a great summary of which can be read here); or reading the books the CEOs claim — changed their lives.

The leader we all want to become is somehow quite different than the first thing that comes into our mind we talk about leaders — an image of an army going to war with the “leader” in the front row shouting the orders, or a national hero marching the citizens to independence. However the leader could be simply someone you like to follow and more importantly you trust to do the right thing. You get to be that person for people only when you ave certain traits, which are developed over the years in form of personal development.
