Would You Hire Yourself to Live Your Life

How confident you are about your services to yourself.

There are so many tasks during the day that we don’t want to do or are not in a position to do and the best way to avoid them is to either completely eliminate them from the list or hire someone else to do that.

That's the reason most of us have either a housemaid, a cook, a driver, a babysitter, or a personal assistant.

You hire them based on what value they can bring to your lives and pay them accordingly.

And the same way someone else also has hired you for their work.

With all that work thing going on around you, there is one undercurrent of work going on simultaneously in your life which you can’t outsource to anyone else.

That’s your work ethics, your habits, your routines, and your values.

It may not look so but these are the most important pillars in your life on which your entire building is standing.

So you might be having a number of people to keep your life on track, but it’s you who is doing the most important tasks in your life because,

You make all the decisions in your life.

You create the vision for your life.

You see dreams for yourself.

You take action for your life.

But,

Have you ever asked whether this person who is making decisions for my life is good enough to do that?

Have you ever asked whether this person is worthy enough of living my life?

Or in the simple sense, if you have to hire yourself to live your life, would you hire yourself?

Would you be happy to give the steering wheel of your life to yourself with full faith in yourself like you have given the steering wheel of your car to your driver?

Take a third party view of yourself, remove all the excuses, and ask these questions to yourself:
